“Allen visited to discuss our project and was happy to share his knowledge and advice before preparing a detailed quotation, allowing us to carry out some preparations and finishing for ourselves. Once we accepted the quotation, a date was arranged and Allen and a colleague quickly removed existing fittings, fitting a new plywood over-floor and preparing for the new fittings. On the second day a series of strong timber supports were prepared and the bath installed.
