“Aaron has recently done some work on a rental property for me, and was great. I originally brought him in just to do a gas safety certificate, but then once he was here and testing the whole system we encountered a number of additional problems/leaks in the piping. Nothing phased Aaron, and he quickly identified all of the issues and offered a solution. In the end a simple gas safety certificate turned into brand new piping, a few new radiators, and even a call out to the National Gas Emergency Service due to a faulty valve coming into the property, and corroded pipes outside. But now the piping looks great (it was horrible beforehand), it's tidy, the property is warm, and most importantly safe for my new tenant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aaron to others, and have already passed his details onto another landlord. ”
