Our Fitters
We offer a full in-house service with two teams of qualified Hetas installers. All our fitters take pride in their work, just as we do in our products. During a site visit, they'll discuss options for hearths, surrounds, oak beams, and chambers/backing plates. All Hetas engineers have their work routinely inspected to ensure it meets the highest standards. When speaking to customers in our showroom, we recommend the fitter who best suits their needs. Chimney Sweep & Servicing
We provide a professional chimney sweep service through our employee, Ben (Meinen Chimney Sweep Services). Ben can also carry out routine maintenance and servicing while sweeping the flue. A Word Of Warning
Be cautious when purchasing a stove from an unknown manufacturer. The stove market is flooded with new brands appearing and disappearing every month. You could end up with a multifuel or wood stove with no aftersales support. It might seem fine for a few years, but when you need spare parts, you'll realize you've bought a disposable product. All our suppliers guarantee to produce spare parts for at least 10 years after a stove goes out of production.
