We source suitable run-down properties in strong commuter areas. Our team then gets to work on gaining planning permission or change of use for existing buildings to attract the best possible refinance figure and yield on monthly returns.

Our goal is to provide accommodation that exceeds minimum living standards with minimalistic, clean finishes that attract young professionals, giving them a space to work from home in a clear headspace and live comfortably. We feel this gives us the highest occupancy percentages and less turnover.
