James Wilkes Limited is a multi-skilled construction company offering services to a diverse range of clients throughout the West Midlands and Staffordshire. JWL was established in Wolverhampton in 1958 and incorporated in 1977. We have built up a customer base through positive and competitive tendering based on previous successes, and building personal relationships. Our aim is to deliver quality construction projects in a safe environment for clients, our workforce and the general public, working within the project timescale and budget.
