Established as a partnership in 1970 by the Kiernan family, Kiernan Construction Ltd is an established contractor operating nationally on contracts varying in value from £½ million to £12 million. Over the years, Kiernan Construction has grown through controlled expansion, consolidating contracting interests within the region while increasing workload by completing contracts nationwide.

Kiernan Construction employs a large workforce directly to carry out all in-house sections of work. In addition, a database of approved sub-contractors and suppliers is maintained to ensure full and comprehensive coverage of all client requirements.

Kiernan Construction has become a successful construction and civil engineering contractor, developing a wealth of expertise and a good reputation with a number of long-standing and valued clients. Based in Preston but operating both regionally and nationally, Kiernan has undertaken major projects acting as both Principal Contractor and Sub-contractor. Through controlled growth, the group now has an annual turnover of circa £25 million.

Kiernan Construction successfully completes a wide range of construction based operations including demolition and clearance work, groundworks, external works, drainage installation, car park construction, enabling works and all civil works.
