MG Developments NI Ltd is a medium sized building company based in Carnlough, Co. Antrim. With a combined experience of over 60 years in the business spanning two generations we formed as a limited company in 2004 and have continued to satisfy clients with our wide range of works. We have a long established reputation for best quality and highest building standards as well as excellent customer relations. Further to this, in recent years we became one of the first companies to have ‘Passive House Tradesperson’ certification demonstrating our commitment to improved building methods and knowledge with regards to energy efficiency and conservation. At the fore front of this are Low carbon, Eco and ‘Passive House’ construction methods where the aim is to exceed current building regulations and further reduce or eliminate heat loss at thermal junctions, and conserve heat and energy through improved air tightness and insulation values. We have been developing and implementing Low carbon, Eco and ‘Passive House’ construction methods for several years and where possible, implement them in traditionally designed dwellings to improve the overall performance of the dwelling.
