As an end terraced house, with limited space, these original steps jutted out into the hallway looking ugly and completely out of place. I had been told by other tradesmen that to turn these offending steps into an aesthetically pleasing curve was not possible. When you came to assess the job, I remember being struck by your capacity to listen to what I wanted to achieve. How you built this masterpiece from a set of measurements and a diagram is amazing, it's perfect ! The attention to detail is evident in every way.
