At M&J Development, building is part of our DNA; like our father and his father before him, M&J Development are committed to building homes that enhance the lives of those that reside in them. Our company is a family run business which is one of the reasons that we take such pride in our work, what we deliver is from our family to our clients family. We specialise in high end residential new builds and complex extensions & refurbishments. As you will see in our portfolio section we have experience in a diverse range of home building but what remains consistent is the high quality end product that our clients love! And it’s not just buildings that we are passionate about. As a business which we have grown up in, we (the current Directors of the business), believe strongly in supporting the growth and development of the valued members of our team. We are actively engaged in supporting apprentices in partnership with NESCOT college in Surrey and have a proven track record in supporting and developing individuals into excellent trades people. We are also striving to build a legacy so that our family business continues to grow from strength to strength and will outlast us. Of course in order for that to happen, we need to our bit to ensure that the current trend of damaging the planet does not continue , so we recycle as much reusable material on site as possible, reducing Co2 from vehicles collecting & disposing of these materials. We use recycling providers who guarantee that 100% of materials collected are re-used or recycled. We minimise paper wastage by having a clear policy of only printing if it is absolutely necessary. We encourage our team to use public transport or other clean methods of travel where possible. We firmly believe that buildings are made of more than brick & mortar, they are made by the vision, investiture and determination of people to create beautiful homes.
