“In August 2017, although a bit apprehensive, we made a decision to sell our holiday home in Lossiemouth and purchase a property in the Lossiemouth Marina development even though there was not a brick in the ground at this point. We felt we were taking a bit of a risk but from the day we purchased the property we were dealing directly with David Urquhart and any queries we had were soon answered and nothing was too much trouble for David. The whole buying experience with David has been a pleasure and any small changes we requested were easily dealt with, nothing has ever been a problem to him. We have been travelling through to Lossiemouth to see the changes taking place on the site and although we were delighted with what we were seeing we did not get our first viewing of the property internally until last week. What can I say?, these properties must be viewed internally to fully appreciate just how special and unique they are. They are far and above more than what we were ever expecting. Although our entry date has been delayed slightly some things are just worth waiting for and this is definitely one of them.
