Our teams education portfolio is extensive from minor works to large scale contracts spanning the whole of the South West over the last 20 years. We are very experienced at working within live school environments and fully understand the needs of this sector at all levels of primary, secondary and university type projects.

Some of our most rewarding work have been completed in this Sector dating back to 1999 when Carl Heslop was heavily involved in the restoration of the Royal William Yard in Plymouth. Since then he has overseen schemes with various heritage clients such as the National Trust and English Heritage.

Clients the team have worked for include Ratio plastics, JDS Uniphase, Carlsberg and Riverford Foods.

Carl Heslop has overseen many schemes within Derriford Hospital, including the refurbishment of the Shipley Ward, the remodelling of the X-ray department, and managed the complete refurbishment of the Glenbourne unit, which he personally handed over snag free.

We have experience of delivering projects throughout Devon & Cornwall with a project management approach which delivers on time.
Obedair has experience in delivering alterations and building works for fitout contracts for a number of local and national landlords, which include clients such as Sainsburys and H&M. We are able to price both the pre and post shop fitout works and complete the whole package should this be required.
