“Found Oakenshield through Trust a Trader, we received a quote within an hour of the visit. Despite COVID and awful wet weather in the early autumn, the firm finished our patio this week. The job was carried out very professionally, a ground crew to remove the old decking and lay the Type 1, followed by a really experienced slab layer, who took great pride in his work. All staff were really friendly and approachable, they wanted to do a job to please the client. Charles was fanatical about the team leaving the site clean each night and this inspired confidence. The final job was exactly what we had anticipated and has transformed our garden, all we need now is the new block drive and new lawn to set it all off. “Charles was quick to come and have a look at our roof leak issue. He could easily see what root causes were likely to be and talked through different options, being sensitive to different budgets. He and his team were communicative in letting us know about coming to do the job, which was delayed a little due to a previous larger job overrunning.
