Box dormer conversion, Box dormer loft conversions create the most space in a loft room, providing plenty of head height and floor space. As shown above we remove part of your roof and create a box dormer which can be finished in render, tiles or cladding.
We can convert your hipped roof into a gable end as shown in the picture above. A gable end is created by striping the existing roof and extending it to the outer walls of your house creating a larger usable space with more head height. We also recommend adding a flat roof dormer to your conversion to maximise the space for a bedroom and en-suite.
