With over 20 years of experience, Shane is a qualified Bricklayer and Carpenter, and the company only uses qualified local tradesmen. S. T. We offer architectural design and planning permission services in conjunction with a local building surveyor. We can discuss your proposed project, draw up plans and specifications as necessary for planning applications and building regulations applications.
Our estimating service provides a detailed and accurate price for your project. We visit your site, discuss your requirements, and price your project based on the information and plans provided.
We specialize in extensions and alterations, including conversions and restorations. Our team has experience working on projects in Sudbury and surrounding villages, as well as further afield in Wivenhoe and Cambridgeshire.
Brickwork and carpentry are two trades close to Shane's heart, and we use these skills to build the foundation of every project we undertake.
We offer standard plastering services, as well as specialist plastering services through our network of subcontractors.
Our kitchen design and installation service provides a high-end finish for your kitchen. We work with various manufacturers and can supply and install kitchens, or install kitchens you have sourced yourself.
